Prices
All prices are current at the time of publication, however, are subject
to change without notice. Current prices on any item will be promptly
supplied. Your request for quotation for a single item or a complete
order will be furnished promptly.
Terms
Terms on open accounts are strictly Net 30 days for customers in the
United States. New accounts are solicited and if not rated, should
submit commercial or bank references or cash remittance with the initial
order.
MINIMUM ORDER
Our minimum order is $25.00. All orders under $100.00 are charged a
$5.00 fee.
CREDIT CARD PURCHASES
MasterCard and VISA ONLY.
Shipping Terms
Motor Freight: Shipped F.O.B. Millville, NJ. Palletized shipments are
subject to a pallet charge.
UPS/FedEX/DHL etc.: Shipped prepaid and added to invoice.
All orders requesting shipments via private carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEX,
etc.) using your own account number are subject to handling
charges. Please contact customer service for details.
Returned Goods
Our customers are requested to communicate with us before returning any
goods. We will promptly authorize all justified returns. After
arrangements have been made for the return, the material should be
properly identified with sender’s name and address, carefully packed and
reference made to the customer’s order number or to our packing slip.
Damage & Shortages
Extreme care is used in filling and packing your orders. All items are
checked, rechecked and packed by experienced personnel. Should
discrepancies occur, a report, referring to our packing slip number,
should be made immediately for prompt adjustment. Major damage should be
reported immediately to and inspected by the carrier. We will lend all
assistance in helping to process your claim.
UPS/FedEX/DHL Damage: All packing materials should be kept until
inspected by a UPS/FedEX/DHL representative.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
The Macalaster Bicknell Company, as a distributor for the products
described in this catalog, warrants that representations for the
products described, accurately reflect the manufacturer’s
representations to the Macalaster Bicknell Company.
The Macalaster Bicknell Company, therefore, expressly disclaims any and
all warranties, whether implied, expressed or statutory, including the
warranty of FITNESS FOR USE and MERCHANTABILITY. The Macalaster Bicknell
Company will, in no event, be liable for any consequential or incidental
damages caused by the use of any products described in this catalog.
