the ease of working with your sample in a Whirl-PakŪ bag that stands
upright by itself! A special gusset creates a flat bottom when the
sample is placed in the bag, allowing the bag to stand completely on its
own. May be used to hold liquids or solids and has a convenient write-on
strip.

Documentation - how do I get it? |

The
customer provides the bag number, lot number, master carton number
and date (all of which is found on the box label). NASCO can then
provide the documentation. Note: Sterility documentation is not
available on bag numbers B01253 and B01292 as they are not
sterilized. |

Are
the bags airtight? |

When
properly closed, they will hold air for an extended period of
time. However, the film is permeable and moisture will pass
through it over time. |

the bags be autoclaved? |

No,
the high temperature will break down the seals and cause the tape
to come apart. |

How
are the bags sterilized? |
| A. |
Ethylene
oxide gas is used to sterilize the bags. This process is
completed by a separate company that is certified to ISO 9002.
Note: This is not applicable on bag numbers B01253 and B01292 as
they are not sterilized. |
